Wood Coatings
Troubleshooting and application recommendations
We are carrying out operations for the examination and solution of problems that may arise in the market during and after the application of our products. The problems communicated to our technical consultants at our regional directorates are addressed on-site and in an applied manner through customer visits. We inform the users regarding the usage of products and their application techniques. When required, we advise our customers about products and equipment for their specific applications.
Directing the facility investments
We provide advice on machine manufacturers and products to our current and potential customers planning to establish coating/clear coat application based on the features of the final products to be applied on their production lines. We provide technical support during contact with machine manufacturers, during the performance of tests prior to connection, and after the procurement of the required machinery.
Training on Wood Coatings
Training
We are organizing joint workshops, seminars, and trainings in cooperation with universities for the education of the human resource required by the sector. In this context, we completed the construction of the Coating Application Cabinet/Spray Room in 2005 for the application of wood coatings and training of students, and put it at the disposal of the Furniture and Decoration Department of Ege University Vocational School.
We organize trainings and seminars in our laboratories for the employees of the companies in the sector as well as conducting trainings and seminars all over Turkey using our mobile training vehicle.
Training on Vehicle Refinish
Through our experienced and well-equipped technical consultant staff, we provide technical support services to our customers in the vehicle refinish market for the product groups of Akripol, Dynacoat and Sikkens.
We provide technical support and service on the following topics through our expert technical personnel of 23 people working at our training centers in İzmir and Istanbul, as well as our 8 regional representation offices across Turkey.
