We ensure that new employees acquire information on both their fields of work as well as the general fields of activity in the company within the scope of a tailor-made orientation program.

On-the-job Trainings
On-the-job trainings for all new employees are planned in detail considering their duties, prospective potential duties, and personal development requirements.

Technical Trainings
We conduct trainings based on the experience and knowledge of our extensive in-house trainer base to ensure that our employees acquire an in-depth professional understanding.

Cross Trainings
We provide opportunities for the interaction of different departments within the daily flow of professional life through extensive cross training programs thus paving the way for sharing department related updates with everyone.

Outsourced Trainings
We organize trainings on various subjects with third-party trainers and institutions for improving the technical knowledge and capabilities of our employees while contributing to their personal development and motivation.

Talent Management

Talent Management

In line with our Human Resources vision, we strive to improve the loyalty of our talent base while also attracting potential talents to our company while creating added value for both our employees and our processes. We take part in the career days organized by universities, vocational schools, and vocational high-schools in addition to providing young talents with project-based internship opportunities. Thus, we find the opportunity to observe our potential candidates. We also provide training opportunities to our already present talent base through which they can acquire theoretical and practical knowledge within the scope of their career plans. We ensure continuous improvement through our position-specific leveling, appointment, rotation, and performance management systems. We encourage our employees with ongoing graduate studies as well as those who wish to start graduate education programs.
