In line with our strategic objectives, we continue to enhance our organizational capabilities. In this context, Neşe Akay Kemahlı has joined our company as Finance Director as of April 1, 2026.
 
Neşe Akay Kemahlı is an experienced finance leader who has led finance functions across multi-business and international organizations in various industries, including automotive, paints and coatings, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and garden care. Throughout her career, she has held key roles at global companies such as General Motors, AkzoNobel, Recipharm, Hempel, and Evergreen Garden Care, gaining extensive experience at local, regional, and EMEA levels.
