At Kansai Altan, we continue to uncover the potential of our employees and systematically support their development journeys.

Within this scope, with the newly implemented UDEPA (Competency Assessment Platform), we have moved to a competency-based evaluation system. Employees can now be assessed based on both behavioral and technical competencies, allowing for a more holistic view of their development.

Thanks to this system:
• Each employee can have a clearer understanding of their competencies,
• Personalized action plans can be created to address development areas,
• A culture of feedback is fostered, ensuring transparent development processes,
• Strategic talent management across the organization can be conducted in a more data-driven manner,
• Additionally, critical experiences defined for specific positions can be tracked through the system, enabling healthier career planning for employees.

With UDEPA, our goal is to make both individual and organizational development sustainable, supporting the strong teams of the future starting today. In line with this goal, the development areas identified for each employee are directly integrated into training and development plans and monitored through the system. These plans are supported by internal trainings, individual learning resources, mentorship programs, and external training opportunities. Thus, development becomes not just an evaluated aspect, but a continuous journey that consistently translates into action.
