It is used by adding to the opaque or clear topcoat. The amount of mixture can be adjusted according to the roughness expectation on the surface. Fine sand (Z400) should be used for a slightly rough surface, medium sand (Z550) for a medium rough surface, and thick sand (Z750) Gofrato paste for a very rough surface. The product has excellent compatibility with alkyd-polyurethane and cellulosic systems. Mixing ratio can be adjusted according to the desired egree of roughness on the surface. For slight roughness BV38Z400 (small grit), for medium roughness BV38Z550 (medium grit), and for high roughness BV38Z750 (large grit) should be used. Before industrial use, in order to determine the results of possible effects of application conditions in advance, the product should be tested on the surfaces to be applied. |
