Application Recommendations	:	The product can be applied with conventional spray gun. It can be used as a primer on all kinds of MDF, veenered and solid wood surfaces of indoor-use. To minimise the risk of cracking, it is recommended that first Polyurethane Barrier Clearcoat (BV38Z209) is applied on low-density and/or CNC applied MDF surfaces such as cross-sections. Before starting industrial use, it is necessary to test the product on the surfaces to be primed in order to see and predetermine the result of possible effects
Product Detail	:	Two component polyurethane based primer, containing alkyd resins. It has high filling and hiding power especially on the edges of MDF, and its adhesion to all kinds of wood surfaces is perfect. Owing to its very good levelling and sanding properties, it provides smooth surfaces for topcoats. It can be used as a primer on all kinds of MDF, veenered and solid wood surfaces of indoor-use. To minimise the risk of cracking, it is recommended that first Polyurethane Barrier Clearcoat (BV38Z209) is applied on low-density MDF surfaces such as cross-sections.
